GPP – International Business

As a participant, you will gain a wide range of insights into different areas of work within a very short space of time, as well as getting to know many different teams and colleagues - allowing you to build a valuable network within the Group. In 2025, the focus is on Sustainability, Financial & Strategic Controlling, Operations & Operational Excellence and Sales.

What to expect

A full-time trainee program with a multidimensional focus. The aim is to get to know Greiner as holistically as possible - nationally and internationally, in different divisions or across divisions
18 months program duration
Job rotation over three trainee stations of six months each
Personal responsibility for national and international (sub-)projects or tasks with different specialist focuses within the focus area
Remuneration: €50,000 gross per year (not an all-in) as well as other Greiner benefits and the opportunity to work from home

What you bring with you

Completed university degree (FH/Uni) with a corresponding educational focus
First professional experience (at least six months) in the context of internships, project work or similar, ideally in an industrial environment
Fluent English skills, German and other languages an advantage
First experience abroad, e.g. exchange semester
