Here we answer your open questions.

You submit your application documents on our job portal https://jobs.greiner.com. If your profile matches the vacancy, you will be invited to a personal interview, which usually takes place via MS Teams or in person at our location in Kremsmünster.

  • In GPP - International Business, the second selection step is an assessment. You need to allow just under two hours for this. HR representatives and managers from the Greiner divisions as well as program management will be present. You will have to prepare a task and will be given a question to work on. You can also ask specific questions and get a clearer picture of the possible positions in the program and insights into the working world at Greiner.
  • The GPP - Information Security, GPP - Digitization & IT and GPP - ERP will have a second interview with HR, program management and other IT managers after the successful initial interview. During this meeting, open questions from the initial interview, the general conditions and further details are clarified.

You will also discuss an open task together with program management. However, it is not necessarily about you solving the task correctly. Your "common sense" and your approach to the task are usually much more important.

  • For the GPP - International Business, you need a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or should be about to complete your studies at the start of the program.
  • For the GPP - Information Security and GPP - Digitization & IT branches, your formal education and qualifications are less important. The technical focus of your education should correspond to the respective focus of the program (e.g. 2024 Human Resources, Finance/Controlling, Logistics, Production).
  • To participate in the GPP - ERP Logistics a/o Production or Finance a/o Controlling branch, you should have the relevant specialist knowledge in this area. SAP® knowledge is an advantage, but not a must.

Basically, the motto is: "The sooner, the better!" The application deadline usually starts in the middle/end of Q1 of the respective year.

  • You can apply for the GPP - International Business until the end of May.
  • The application deadline for the GPP branches Digitization & IT, ERP and Information Security usually ends at the beginning of Q3.

If no positions are currently advertised, you can send us an unsolicited application at any time, which we will be happy to keep on file.

  • The GPP - International Business is aimed at career starters with initial professional experience, whether external or existing employees.
  • The GPP - Information Security, GPP - Digitization & IT and GPP - ERP branches are aimed at internal and external career changers with professional experience who have a passion for IT and - ideally - have already worked in an IT environment or other relevant specialist areas.

Our program managers will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the various programs.
