GPP – ERP

As a participant, you will be trained to become a sought-after expert for SAP software solutions within the Greiner Group. In 2024, the focus will be on the areas of logistics, production, quality management, finance and controlling.

What to expect

A trainee program in permanent full-time or part-time employment (from 30 hours per week), tailored to your interests and any previous experience
18-month program duration
Job rotation over two trainee stations of six months each
Depending on your SAP focus, you will complete SAP training in various specialist areas in the first six months
You will get to know Greiner's SAP landscape and its interfaces and work on national and international (sub-)projects within the scope of your chosen focus or SAP module
In addition to the technical SAP training, you will expand your soft skills and methodological knowledge in selected internal seminars or external training courses
Individual remuneration depending on your educational and experience background as well as other Greiner benefits and home office of up to 80% of your working hours

What you bring with you

For the focus on SAP Finance and Controlling

Completed training with a focus on finance and/or controlling
Initial experience with SAP, ideally as a key user

For the focus on SAP Logistics and / or Production

Completed training in the field of supply chain management / production management
First professional experience with SAP, ideally as a key user
Advanced understanding of company processes
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Openness to new ideas and a high willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
High level of self-motivation and commitment
Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
