Operational oversight of the individual divisions falls under the responsibility of the respective division management and is carried out in close coordination with strategic management. With their diverse and in-depth expertise, the members of these committees drive the corporate success of Greiner.
Executive Board
Our Executive Board trio, consisting of Saori Dubourg, Hannes Moser and Manfred Stanek, jointly manages the company’s business and pursues a strategic vision for Greiner AG and the three operating divisions Greiner Packaging, NEVEON and Greiner Bio-One.
Supervisory Board
Our Supervisory Board is made up of a total of twelve members, eight of whom are elected shareholder representatives and four of whom are employee representatives delegated by the Works Council. The Supervisory Board of the Executive Board is fully staffed with people who have relevant professional backgrounds, qualified experience and/or industry knowledge.
