The Greiner AG Supervisory Board consists of twelve members of whom four are delegated employee representatives. Erich Gebhardt is the Board’s President and Dominik Greiner his deputy.
Since June 2010, a four-person Family Council has represented the interests of the owning family. Peter Greiner is its elected head.
