Sigrid Heinzle is the New Vice President of People & Culture at Greiner

Vienna/Kremsmünster, May 22, 2024 – Sigrid Heinzle, who has been working at Greiner AG since April 2023, took on Group-wide responsibility for Human Resources (HR) at plastics company Greiner on May 1, 2024. With this newly created position of Vice President of People & Culture, Greiner is reaffirming how important employees are to the company.
Sigrid Heinzle will report directly to Greiner CEO Saori Dubourg and has already been involved in the Group-wide HR strategy of Greiner in recent months in her previous position as Head of Strategic People & Culture. Operational HR topics remain the responsibility of the three divisional companies Greiner Packaging, NEVEON, and Greiner Bio-One. Group-wide cooperation is to be strengthened in the future, for example by creating cross-divisional HR competence centers.

Sigrid Heinzle studied Business Process and Project Management at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences in Dornbirn, Austria. She started her career at Kraft Foods (now Mondelez) in Austria and France. The next steps in her career took her to HR consultancy Iventa, Coca-Cola HBC, and later to the industrial company RHI Magnesita, before she moved to Greiner in April 2023 to become Strategic Head of People & Culture. Over the past 20 years, Sigrid Heinzle has gained comprehensive national and international experience in a wide range of HR expert and management roles. She is now contributing these diverse perspectives on HR to the implementation and further development of the new Group-wide HR strategy and new HR initiatives for Greiner.
Sigrid Heinzle comes from Vorarlberg in Austria and has lived with her partner and her son in Strebersdorf (Vienna) for many years. In her role, she will be splitting her time between the Greiner Campus in Kremsmünster and the Greiner office in Vienna.
