With this newly created position of Vice President of People & Culture, Greiner is reaffirming how important employees are to the company.

Sigrid Heinzle will report directly to Greiner CEO Saori Dubourg and has already been involved in the Group-wide HR strategy of Greiner in recent months in her previous position as Head of Strategic People & Culture. Operational HR topics remain the responsibility of the three divisional companies Greiner Packaging, NEVEON, and Greiner Bio-One. She is an accomplished expert with many years of experience – including internationally – in a wide range of HR functions," said Saori Dubourg, Greiner CEO, about the appointment.

"I am grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to the challenges ahead. The HR teams at all locations are already doing a fantastic job every day, as is evident from the many successful initiatives. Bringing together our expertise in this area is crucial for the future success of Greiner," said Sigrid Heinzle, Vice President People & Culture at Greiner.

She started her career at Kraft Foods (now Mondelez) in Austria and France. The next steps in her career took her to HR consultancy Iventa, Coca-Cola HBC, and later to the industrial company RHI Magnesita, before she moved to Greiner in April 2023 to become Strategic Head of People & Culture. She is now contributing these diverse perspectives on HR to the implementation and further development of the new Group-wide HR strategy and new HR initiatives for Greiner.
